I just got back from the beach yesterday. It was a lot of fun! I went to Kiawah Island in South Carolina. I went with my Dad, sister, 2 cousins, and my Aunt and Uncle. (my mom had to work so she didn't get to come ). We went to the ocean a lot and went fishing (not at the ocean on a dock in a river). One day we drove to Charleston ( about a 30 minute drive from where we where). We went to Fort Sumter and a Charleston River dogs baseball game. This was the first time i've been to the beach in about 6 years! I had a great time!

    This weekend I went on a surprise trip to Nashville! Any one would think that it would be pretty cool to be going on a surprise trip to Nashville. It wasn't though, Because the reason we went was that my Granddad loves to ride on his bicycle (doing things like 100 mile rides). So he decided to go ride at a state park. When he was riding he reacked. We don't really know how it happened but he said he might have seen someone in a car rise up a Coke bootle and drink out of it.

        So we stayed the weekend in a hotel ( our aunt, uncle, and grandmother had a room there to).  My sister and I weren't aloud on the floor he was on so we stayed at the hotel while people visited him ( someone was with us) In the end he had 6 broken ribs, his shoulder was hurt pretty bad, and so was his knee. Luckly everything he broke or hurt was all on his right side (he's left handed). Yesterday he was released and now their home.

             There's a some good things and some bad things about the end of the year. Good things are that 1. It's the being of Summer! 2. No more homework! Bad things- 1.  Everything new next year. 2. All your friends might not be in your class next year. 3.Saying good bye to your teachers. 

    We have started useing laptops in our class to blog. It's a lot of fun! Right now i'm useing one! We have 7 in our class now and only 5 are working. 5 other people are useing regular computers and 8 people are reading.

We're going to get to get in groups and teach our class! We get to give tests and homework and we get to grade it! We might even go on a field trip! (somewhere walkable!)  We're teaching about things in WW2.  We also have to have a grade on how we teach.  Right now we don't now which day for sure it will be, but we do know it will be a TON of fun!
